The team at the Aquarium-Muséum will do everything in their power to make your visit as enjoyable as possible, and to help you share a unique moment with your family.
Online booking
Buy your ticket online to guarantee access to the Aquarium-Muséum. Please note: booking is compulsory on the 1st Sunday of each month.
Accessibility for people with reduced mobility
To the right of the main entrance, a side entrance door, located at pavement level next to the PRM parking spaces, allows visitors with reduced mobility to enter the institution and head for the lift to the reception area.
Pushchairs and baby area
To facilitate your visit with a pushchair, a PRM entrance is located to the right of the main entrance, at pavement level. Our toilet (Aquarium level) is equipped with a changing table.
Pets
Pets, no matter how small, are not allowed in the Aquarium-Muséum, with the exception of guide and/or assistance dogs.
Wi-Fi
Stay connected! Take advantage of a free Wi-Fi connection during your visit.
Picnic area
A picnic area is available outside at the rear of the Aquarium-Muséum.
Cloakroom
A free, unguarded cloakroom is available at reception. The museum accepts no responsibility in the event of loss or theft.
Visiting time
Please allow enough time for your visit: 3 hours to take advantage of all our attractions: the Aquarium, the TréZOOr room, the "EXTRAordinary Creatures" exhibition, the Maison de la Science, the Planetarium, and the Botany and Evolution Galleries.
