Power Yoga -1st Friday of the month
A dynamic and invigorating practice
Power Yoga is an energetic class combining muscle strengthening, mobility and breathing. Through a fluid sequence of postures, you work on endurance, strength and flexibility, while developing a focus on movement.
Accessible to all - flexible or not, sporty or not - this class will awaken your muscles and joints, while improving flexibility, anchoring and stability, all in a friendly, good-humored atmosphere.
Yin Yoga -3rd Friday of the month
Slow-paced yoga
Halfway between yoga and meditation, Yin Yoga offers a calm and profound practice. Postures are adjusted so that they can be held for several minutes, which requires concentration, especially when the mind tends to get restless.
Accessible to beginners, Yin Yoga aims to release accumulated tension in the body. The emphasis is on long-held postures and regular breathing to promote gradual relaxation.
A course offered by Barbara Vivarelli - Sakura Yoga
A yoga practitioner for some fifteen years, Barbara Vivarelli decided in 2017 to devote herself to teaching. She trained at Claude Maréchal's Viniyoga School (ETY) and has since been giving regular Hatha Yoga classes in various halls in the Liège region.
In 2020, she discovered Yin Yoga, and quickly became a follower, noting its benefits for both body and mind. She then followed several training cycles to pass on to her students this gentle, interiorizing discipline, which helps maintain optimal physical and spiritual condition.
